As i mentioned earlier, we actually built our own kitchen cabinets. i chose to go with open shelving. this saved a lot of money on wood as i didn’t have to frame up every cabinet. plus, i didn’t have to waste wood for doors. i liked the way it looked like an old farm kitchen since i was able to add a set of curtains to cover under the sink..
